His style of writing lends itself to keep the reader occupied with the story. There is the Grand jury process, the plea bargain and instructions by the judge to the jury which educates the reader on the laws of Murder and Manslaughter as the story unfolds. Anyone who reads this book will learn a great deal about the legal system such as moving the case to New Jersey rather than trying it in Philly under a legal jurisdiction theory. It draws remarkable insight on the law in general. I liked the book, not only for its content. Put the plot into Baseball and you have a baseball legal drama being played out not only on the field, but with the fans and the legal system itself Kasselman is a lawyer like myself and I love legal thrillers.
